Recipe:

2 oz Charred lemon juice
2 oz Blackberry jam [ see sustainable sips! ]
Add ice and top with sparking water or Soda

Smoke & Berries 🍇

Recipe:

1.5oz Hendricks Gin
0.50z orange liqueur
0.75 lemon juice
0.5 Rooh-Afza
2 spritz of rose water spray
2 drops saline solution
Garnish with powdered sugar and dehydrated lemon

Recipe:

2oz Elijah craig whiskey
-0.75oz Lemon Juice
0.75 lemon juice
0.75oz Ginger Syrup
0.75oz Chai spices cordial*

Masala Chai Whiskey Sour

Recipe:

1.5oz Tequila
0.5oz Cointreau
0.5oz lime juice
2 bar spoons tamarind concentrate
2 pinches of spice blend
2 drops saline solution

0.75oz Guntur Chilli infused simple syrup
0.75oz Lemon Juice

Baileys Irish cream
Jameson Irish Whiskey
Leprechaun highball - (if you could make green a flavor this would be it) 1oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
0.75oz lemon juice

2oz Johnny Walker Black label 1oz Red Date Cordial ( red dates or also known as Jujube, citric acid, spice mix, sugar)
3 dashes lemon bitters
Top with Jasmine tea soda
Built in cocktail, garnish with Jujube.

Beijing Highball 🥃

Recipe:

2oz 1800® Tequila
1oz Plantain syrup
Shake and Top with hibiscus tea soda Garnish fried plantain with cheese 🧀
plantain syrup:
1 ripe plantain - Salted Butter fried 2cups water
1/4 cup condensed milk

Caribbean Twister 🌺

Recipe:

1cup Johnnie Walker Whiskey
1cup water
2 teaspoons angostura bitters
1 teaspoon saline water
2oz lemon juice
1/2 cup thandai (white milk, equal parts sugar and all amazing spices)
